Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and participation in Sadhaka events. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Course prices

Prices are per person on a full-board basis: including three vegetarian meals a day, accommodation and the course fee. Drinks with meals, coffee, tea and fruit are free. Extra drinks and materials for creative courses are settled on site. Private massages and private sessions are settled on site with the therapist or masseur.

Booking and payment

When you book, we reserve a place for you. To confirm your booking, you pay a deposit online; the amount is shown with the relevant event. If the deposit is not paid within the indicated time, your place is released for other participants. Your booking is final once the deposit has been received. You pay the remaining amount on arrival, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions may differ per event and are shown with the relevant event. In general, the following applies:

  • On cancellation, (part of) your deposit is retained as cancellation costs. For some events no refund is given.
  • Transferring to another event is possible by arrangement; administration costs may apply.
  • By paying your deposit you agree to the cancellation conditions.
  • If you end the programme early, the full amount remains payable.
  • Sadhaka may cancel an event. In that case we refund your paid course fee in full.

Travel and cancellation insurance

You are responsible for arranging suitable travel and cancellation insurance. This is not included in the course price.

Participation is based on mutual respect and consent. Please also read our Code of conduct & safety.
