Tanya is a devoted facilitator of deep inner processes. She guides tantric-shamanic and transformative programmes at Sadhaka, focused on embodied, authentic living and conscious relating.
Her path is one of connection. As a modern medicine woman, she brings together the wisdom of Eastern mysticism and the rigour of Western psychology. She guides you from her own lived experiences in combination with extensive knowledge and experience in clinical trauma work, developmental psychology, tantra and sexological bodywork.
Her approach is direct, intuitive, with a raw touch and humour. She believes in the 'messy magic of life' – the magic that lives in the imperfection of our existence. Whether she works with tantra or with trauma, the goal is always the same: to create space for your Being and your own truth.

I am a facilitator with a broad background in various disciplines. My journey began with studies in music and classical literature, but I found my true calling in working with body intelligence, awareness, and the alchemy of traditions and sciences. This work is my way of building a bridge between the beauty of timeless insights from spiritual traditions and the earthly art of living of modern life.
My own experiences of finding deep grounding and connection with my roots from different cultures and the world mean that I work with great empathy and intuition.
My wish is to reconnect rejected parts of our existence. To reunite Eros, truth and freedom, and in this way nourish healthy, fertile relationships.
