Mascha Löschmann

Coach in bodywork, embodiment and process work, and embodiment trainer within leadership programmes at the renowned training institute De Baak.

Mascha is trained as a VITA coach (Layla Martin), Feldenkrais work, breathwork, Internal Family Systems coach, Ritual constellations (Daan van Kampenhout), Critical Alignment Yoga and yoga-based trauma therapy (Mitzinger).

Mascha facilitates the women's retreat Sensing our Motherland at Sadhaka. She works from a grounded, honest and deeply embodied foundation, born not only from trainings but above all from deeply lived experience. Returning again and again to her body forms for her a source, anchor and teacher in authenticity.

How essential the connection between body and mind is as a gateway to something greater, she knows from her own experience. After the birth of her son, as a single mother, she went through an intense process in which she faced severe pelvic instability, hernias and depression. Through inner work and rediscovering the connection with her body, she found her way back to her own (mother)ground.

In her guidance she works with clarity and compassion and creates a container in which women can re-embody themselves and connect with themselves and with each other. Her work invites slowing down, deepening and re-inhabiting one's own body, as a foundation for life and leadership.

Mascha is part of the Tantrafestival team as facilitator, trauma-aware presence, emotional support with her feminine wisdom and a love for refining our human connection and the recognition of how difficult, ironic, joyful and confronting life can be.

She loves to use dance, touch and movement to dive into depth and trusts that the present moment reveals what wants to be explored. She looks forward to meeting you in your uniqueness and through the unity that connects us all.
