In the Netherlands, over the past 10 years the Introductory Weekend Tantra Yoga and the follow-up course Tantra, Prana en verbinding in Nederland together with Sadhaka teachers Wim Molinello and Chandra Benjamins have drawn full rooms. With Chandra he offers the Shiva Shakti weekends Secret Sexuality several times a year, which are also always fully booked well in advance.

Johan shares:

"Since 2010 I have completed various intensive massage trainings that have led to the knowledge and experience I have now. My primary training is the training as a Tantra masseur at Tantra Lotus in Breda. This is a Tibetan Buddhist training from the Kum Nye tradition, with a strong focus on practice (massage), theory (Dharma), yoga and meditation (Vipassana and Tenang). I have experienced the profound effect that massage has on physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Massage techniques such as Sveda, Vedic and Prana Flow, and the integration of duo yoga techniques and meditative techniques in a treatment provide a stable foundation for offering Tantric sessions. I have gained extensive experience in giving massages and coaching, and although all people, wishes and bodies are different, my intention is always the same: to bring balance. I continue to pursue trainings and deepen my knowledge of Eastern and Tibetan traditions and perspectives.

I gained experience at the Rasayana Tantra Academie in Rotterdam. There I followed various trainings from national and international teachers in different Tantra disciplines. I am also active outside the Netherlands and Europe. I regularly work as a guest body-worker at various events and I collaborate closely with a colleague from München at various courses and trainings, where "De Shift" is an annual highlight. Since 2016 I also teach practical lessons in Tibetan Tantra massage supplemented with the necessary theory. My goal in these lessons is above all to let people experience what Tantra and the philosophy behind it is and how that feels. The Tibetan Tantra massage trilogy Prana & Verbinding and De speeltuin van Prana and the Tantra & Shibari workshops are beautiful examples of this. I also organise various weekend workshops with different themes in spring and autumn together with colleagues.
